Cynergy Pets was created mid-2019 in Shanghai, a few months before Covid outbreak, and developed rapidly during the pandemic as it was offering solutions to compensate the impossibility of business travel and to limit the impact of explosive shipping costs. Thanks to a long experience in the chinese pet industry, Yannick and his team are very well connected to the manufacturing industry and make the company able to offer new products in exclusivity, new purchasing alternatives, sustainable materials, retail-ready products at competitive prices, flexible quantities and logistics.

Organizer of Pet Fair Asia (Shanghai), Pet Fair Southeast Asia (Bangkok) and various events in the pet industry Since 2020 :

- Drive the digital transformation and explore new business models for the company (hybrid events, new revenue streams).

- Provide tailor-made services for pet brands development in Asia and pet supplies sourcing. I develop comprehensive business strategies for B2B / B2C trade shows (food, lifestyle, pet industry): P&L responsibilities, lead a team of 5 to 7, coordinate supporting departments. Selected achievements:

• Successfully co-launched company's first overseas show (Thailand).

• Improved projects efficiency – New CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation (Eloqua) implementation.

• Multiplied our audience engagement by 5 and the use of our digital products by 3 in three years.

• Completed acquisition of competitive exhibition and its integration in company's portfolio.
