FAM is developing a music streaming platform for classical dance teachers of French music academies. Many dance teachers have to rent the services of a piano accompanist to ensure their classes. In the era of Spotify, Deezer or Apple Music, FAM intends to deliver a unique product with a catalogue of more than 10k tracks recorded especially for the training and rehearsal of dancers, whatever their level of mastery. In order to achieve this project, FAM has already made several rounds of fundraising with investors and fundraisers. • Understanding of the initial need and drafting of a first set of specifications. • Choice of the different technical tools both backend and frontend in agreement (PHP Symfony 5+, Node.js 12+, React Native 0.62+, React 16.12+, GitLab, AWS) and development of the interfaces as a Lead Developer. • Organization of sprints and development objectives • Collection of end-user expectations • Translation into User Stories • Drawing up a Roadmap • Establishment of a provisional schedule • Backlog prioritization • Preparation of sprint planning • Coaching within the development team on different technologies
