Member of the executive committee with a direct report to the General Manager, in charge of the overall marketing and communication activity (strategy and operational execution) of the brand. The mission is to accelerate on marketing as a pillar of the business development and to establish, evolve and implement brand identity and strategy with the goal of growing awareness and share of voice.
    Manage a team of 4/5 people. Lead on social media (Instagram, Linkedin, TIKTOK, Pinterest, Facebook ect), communication/influence/partnerships/collaborations, event, PR, onsite, CRM.

    1- Brand/Branding/Image
    - Build and sustain the brand image by coordinating the overall marketing plan, working on digital brand, content strategy and assets to increase awareness, engagement, to enhance users organic acquisition and grow organic trafic.

    - In charge of reporting across channels and improving KPIs through tactical and strategic specific approaches. Leverage tools and data to increase ROI.
    - Budget follow-up.
