The Main responsibilities are project implementation and primary analysis of client in addition to providing system training to clients. After implementation troubleshooting and helping users in their day-to-day operations during go live phases. Support will continue to customer by establishing and maintaining good relationship with the project manager also applying business knowledge to the application and providing necessary information to support the Product Management team.

Banque de Crédit National was changing his banking software into next generation technology by moving to Temenos T24. My Main responsibilities were analyzing, Evaluating and communicate systems requirements with all bank departments. Moreover managing business/ IT transformation projects: contribute to system implementations. Also adding the following:

• Lead system selection/ implementation projects

• Planning and executing tests

• Perform, evaluate, and communicate through quality assurance at every stage of systems development
