Projet de plateforme collaborative pour un Syndicat Intercommunale de Service Numérique (SITIV) avec financement du plan France relance.

- Compréhension et définition du projet

- Rédaction du cahier des charges pour la mise en place d’un POC

- Définition du planning globale, budget et l’organisation du projet

- Communication du projet et de ses objectifs aux équipes internes du SITIV et à ses membres

- Définition du planning technique pour l’exécution du projet avec les prestataires et des équipes SITIV

- Pilotage du projet et des prestataires

- Suivi budgétaire

- Organisation et animation des comités de pilotage

- Définition du plan de test et de validation du POC

- Élaboration du cahier des charges (CCTP) de l’appel d’offre pour la production et la maintenance de la plateforme

Commencée en novembre 2021, la version V0 (POC) a été livrée et validée en juin 2022 avec 3 mois d’anticipation. La solution se repose sur plusieurs composants opensource dont les principaux sont : Nextcloud, Jitsi, OnlyOffice, Matrix via Watcha, LemonLdap

The organization perimeter grew up including all IT operational tasks: production and services facing to the ADP Customers. Business needs, quality, time to market are the main drivers of this new BRM (Business Relationship Management) position. The main activities are:
