Context: TotalEnergies, a global leader in energy and gas, is undergoing a major transformation to invest in renewable energy and reduce its greenhouse gas emissions. To support this shift, the group created an innovation entity — the Digital Factory — to deliver innovative digital solutions that accelerate this transformation. I am part of a pool of experts supporting this entity in implementing Agility, Innovation, and Artificial Intelligence. I work closely with Data Product teams using technologies such as Databricks and Collibra.

Context: The IT department of the group, consisting of 100 individuals, has a reputation for of a slow product delivery and poor quality. I was brought in to collaborate with the CIO to transform the IT department. The enterprise operates across 12 countries in Europe within the insurance sector, using a Microsoft Azure DevOps environment.

Context: Following a company-wide regional reorganization across Europe, there was a reduction of Data Analyst headcounts in all European countries to establish a new Data entity in Bulgaria. Employees within this entity were perceived as junior, often failing to meet deadlines and inadequately addressing business requirements. Additionally, significant intercultural tensions were present. Our team consisted of three consultants, each managing a portfolio of two to three countries. Tech stack consisted of ServiceNow, AzureDevOps, and Power BI environments.
