Mitchelle Tamariz

Hello! I'm an animation director from Cancun, México. I graduated from CEDIM, a school of design, in Monterrey, México. I discovered traditional animation at The Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design of Prague and I continued to pursue my interest in animation by joining la Poudrière in Valence where i studied animation film direction. I graduated from La Poudrière in 2019 with my film "En avant", which was selected at the Cinéfondation in Cannes Film Festival, received the jury's Prize at Bucheon's International Animated Film Festival as well as the the jury's special mention at Shorts Mexico Film Festival and many other recognitions. Today I work as a freelancer creating animation film videos. I love color, textures and feel good movies !
