• Built the HR and administrative function from scratch, structuring core procedures such as recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, contracts, training, social declarations, performance management, and employee welfare processes.

• Managed employee health insurance (mutuelle) and provident schemes (prévoyance) with Alan, including payroll integration, employee affiliation, billing setup, and issue resolution.

• Automated HR processes using AI tools and HRIS solutions (Silae, Sage), integrating workflows across systems with optimised organisational methods to ensure smooth operations.

• Built trusted relationship with employees quickly, delivered onboarding workshops and hands-on training on workplace tools and applications (Alan, Silae, etc.) through tutorials and self-created training materials.

• Recruited 200+ employees independently, including 20 key positions, while aligning hiring needs with stakeholder expectations, budgets, and timelines, and strengthening employer branding and reputations.

• Defined and analysed OKRs and KPIs to improve organisational performance and operational efficiency.

• Contributed to securing €150k in R&D tax credits (CIR/CII) through cross-functional collaboration with consulting partners.

• Performed a key role in international business development and growth, coordinated daily communications and contract negotiations, contributing to long-term partnerships with 5 multinational mining companies (Rio Tinto, BHP, FMG, etc.).

• Implemented Salesforce for the company's digital transformation project, including system configuration, administration, data migration. Coordinated the end-to-end logistics of 1,000+ orders across production, export, and delivery teams.

• Managed relationships with 5 major international clients, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Prepared and delivered English-language tenders (100–400 pages), contributing to the signing of 2 major contracts.
