With 10 years consulting experience, Meriem has worked on 40+ large and high speed projects in Global Supply Chain Transformation, focusing S&OP, E2E Supply chain planning, operating model design for 3B to 60B$ companies in MedTech, Pharma, Biotech, FMCG, automotive and construction across EMEA,US,LATAM and Asia.

Designed the target Supply Chain CoE (Center of Excellence), integrating planning, distribution, value tracking, and digital & AI transformation into a single capability engine.
Anchored the design in Servier's ongoing large-scale transformation, ensuring the new operating model aligned with and accelerated the deployment of APS Kinaxis, S/4HANA and priority AI use cases rather than competing with it.
Ran the change impact assessment, mapping upskilling requirements and prioritising the capability shifts needed to make the model operational.
