Certified as an International Expert in Construction Claims & Delay Analysis, I specialize in contract administration, claims management, and international arbitration. As CEO of ICCA, I have provided strategic consultancy and technical solutions for large-scale projects in Morocco and West Africa. Previously, as CEO of Inabensa Maroc (Abengoa) and Business Development Director at DLM Group, I drove growth and operational excellence.

Holding an Industrial Engineering degree and an Executive MBA, I possess strong skills in project finance, risk management, and corporate strategy. Fluent in French, Spanish, Arabic, and English, I thrive in multicultural environments and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
