Senior Consultant – Transparency Project Leader and Compliance Officer

• Conducted in-depth data analysis to assess the impact of RTE's data disclosures on wholesale electricity market prices, refined insights through expert interviews, and presented a critical compliance report on REMIT regulation to Executive Management.
• Led the end-to-end implementation of new IT system tools within RTE's infrastructure to establish continuous monitoring capabilities and ensure robust compliance with European Market Transparency Regulations (REMIT).
• Served as RTE’s representative within the ACER and ENTSOE’S (EU Level) Electricity markets working groups, contributing directly to the shaping of future European energy market rules.

• Provided strong Project Management Office (PMO) leadership for this high-value (€100M) cross-functional program, overseeing industrialization, reviewing project organization, identifying and actively mitigating risks, tracking action items, and securing critical planning and budget with regular, high-level reporting to RTE's Executive Committee.
• Coordinated and synchronized regional and national teams to successfully deploy the first operational prototype across three diverse regions in France, ensuring seamless execution and change management.
