As manager of the project department, my role consists of leading a team of 12 project managers in delivering, adapting, implementing, and integrating ADP software solutions and client-driven changes. My mission is to ensure that portfolios and programs align with strategic objectives, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

As a strategic PMO, I led cross-functional teams, provided mentorship to project managers in driving standardization and agile transformation initiatives. I oversaw program and project financials, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize budget allocation, enhance cost efficiency, and maximize ROI.

As a Project Manager for the Daimler account at Autoliv, I led the development and delivery of customized steering wheel solutions for automotive applications. I managed the full lifecycle of projects and change initiatives, from design and production to integration, ensuring strict alignment with Daimler's specifications and quality standards.
