    I managed 30 people, Inside Sales, within the group related to the SAP eco system, -the internal lead Gen Inside Sales marketing team they were dedicated on services and products, -as well as the data quality team in close collaboration with digital marketing and all stakeholders. With the Lead Gen team we achieved all our objectives thanks to a clear strategic approach of the GTM during the years 2018, 2019 and 2020 with an average of 200 new opportunities per year.
    At the same time, in 2019, I actively participated in the organization, recruitment and training of our firs sales academy in total incubation for 4 weeks, we had selected 19 graduate juniors sales engineer, after passing exams the candidates were integrated into my Lead Gen team in order to continue their one-year practical training dedicated on SAP products and services; I have led more than 10 junior profiles towards sales excellence.
    I also managed the CRM merger project for the group, access database into C4Hana cloud/ SAP.
    As an integral part of corporate marketing and communication, I presented monthly to the board all the useful and necessary KPI's to anticipate strategic decisions on the sales of our products and services in each country.

    General Director BENELUX As soon as I joined TBS, I carried out the merger and integration of the takeover of the Belgian company EPONA, at the Roll IN level, to fully integrate the database into the TBS Group Saas System. At the same time, I recruited documentalists to guarantee the quality of the media database and to keep it as alive as possible, we have become an essential reference for the delivery of live databases to the advertisers and media. I developed and had my GTM strategic approach validated by the shareholders, for the launch of TBS on the Benelux. I led a team of 10 people. I oversaw the HR process and payroll. I also carried out functional consultancy missions for our clients, on the implementation of our cloud media planning management solutions of TBS.

    In my costume of the Digital marketing media specialist I oversaw the commercial launching of the M24.be website and after Netto.be & Monargent.be. The marketing objective was to attract new readers of personal finance to the more professional sites of L'Echo and De Tijd. My role was the coaching about thirty responsible, for the advertisers accounts in the media agencies, for the budget of the advertisers to sponsor our editorials and/or their infomercials. At the same time, I was lobbying directly with the bankers on the BENELUX. We had successfully obtained editorial sponsorship by big names in European finance. The biggest challenge was to manage the editorial schedule with those of the advertisers, without forgetting the leverage of the media agencies.
