Reporting to CEO Inditex Group - Romania Drive and boost the performance of the brand in Romania, by adapting global strategies to the market and customer profile following the business objectives Implements the strategy and policies of the company to reach the sales targets, achieve productivity and profitability Budget planning and cost control Maintain a healthy level of stock in the country, according to each store's particularities and needs Participates in the product presentations where ensures and proposes the best product for the market's needs and customers profiles Involved in the recruiting process and new stores opening Working with international VM Leader to ensure the brand's image in the country Collaborates with Spanish teams of product and ensures replenishment arrives correctly , following the sales patterns Working alongside the area managers team to develop store managers and find the best fitted profiles for the responsible roles Ensures that the commercial calendar is followed, and replenishment arrives before the peak of sales

Responsible to develop the area managers team and find opportunities for them inside the company, to acquire more experience Decides together with the country manager and the international commercial director that the strategy of the brand in the country is met or adapted to the needs

Reporting to Retail Director Responsible with achieving the brands standards in terms of sales, image, operations and product in Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and East KSA Working with the franchisees to set up and keep a good and prosperous collaboration Supervising the performance of almost 65 stores by collaborating with the brand managers in each country Align executions to Mango standards from window set up to stockroom organization and everything in between replicating and adapting a high-performing work environment Bring valuable input into buying decisions, based on a thorough sales and customers preference analysis tailored to the trends and GCC purchasing experience Coordinate openings of new stores Coach specifically stores managers and VM´s Ensure the image of the brand is kept, by training the area VM's in each country Maintain daily communication with the product managers and ensure the product is available according to the sales performance and customer's needs Provide the latest information and updates to the brand managers and area VM's

Reporting to Brand Manager Supervising the stores in Dubai Mall and Galleries Lafayette Ensuring an excellent track record of customer service and high service etiquette for all the sales team Involved in recruitment and training of new sales consultants Introduced to the team apps and programs with an aftermath of increased sales Weekly collaboration with the product managers to ensure a healthy stock level Transferring stocks between the two stores to achieve better rotations Training the team and motivating them; achieving a retention of 91 %
