Depuis 25 ans, j'interviens auprès d'investisseurs, de family offices et de fonds sur des opérations complexes à forts enjeux : sourcing d'actifs hors marché, structuration de deals (€5M–€30M+), négociation, exécution post-deal. Juriste de formation (Master II, Paris II Panthéon-Assas), j'ai la lecture légale et financière des situations.
Ce qui me différencie aujourd'hui : j'ai intégré l'IA à ma pratique transactionnelle. Mon pipeline d'intelligence deal — 7 modules Make.com × Claude API, 200+ opportunités traitées par batch, scoring automatisé, zéro contact humain par dossier — est en production depuis mars 2026. Ce n'est pas un concept. C'est un système opérationnel.
Je n'interviens pas comme consultant externe. Je m'engage comme partenaire, avec du skin-in-the-game des deux côtés : retainer + carry, ou success fee + equity. Mon horizon est le résultat, pas le livrable.
