Ingénieur Centrale Lyon, je travaille à l'intersection des opérations complexes et de l'automatisation depuis 9 ans — en Asie du Sud-Est, en Europe et au Japon.
Chez Amazon Japan, j'ai conçu un système d'automatisation de la planification outbound pour l'ensemble du réseau last-mile japonais — 145 stations de livraison. Chez Airbus, j'ai piloté le déploiement d'un WMS sur 3 sites APAC, budget 10M€+. Chez Air Liquide, j'ai géré un système de pilotage opérationnel supportant 2 000 techniciens et 100 000+ interventions annuelles.
En freelance, j'interviens sur trois types de missions :
- Automatisation ops & process — audit des processus manuels, développement d'outils sur mesure (Python, no-code, Google BI), déploiement. Je construis ce qui manque, avec les outils disponibles, sans budget superflu.
- Transformation supply chain — diagnostic, structuration, déploiement de systèmes (WMS, TMS, 3PL). Expérience APAC et Europe.
- Program management — pilotage de projets complexes multi-sites, reporting C-level, portefeuilles 10M€+.
PMP certifié. Six Sigma Black Belt. Disponible en remote immédiatement.
