Hi, I’m Yosuke Koizumi — a bilingual (Japanese/English) business development and international project professional based in France, with hands-on experience across sales, partnerships, and cross-border program delivery.

My career has focused on two things: building revenue from zero in new markets and moving complex, multi-stakeholder projects from idea to execution. I’ve led outbound sales and alliance building, created repeatable playbooks (scripts, KPI routines, weekly reviews), and also managed international initiatives involving public institutions and local partners — from research and proposal to budget control and operations.
