    Louis Vuitton undertook a major migration project, moving the European e-commerce platform from Oracle to Salesforce Commerce Cloud in several waves.

    Responsibilities:
    Led and coordinated UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities for the Europe region to ensure successful platform migration while maintaining a seamless customer experience.
    Drafted, reviewed, and validated test plans and test cases in collaboration with business and IT teams.
    Managed and monitored the overall UAT timeline, ensuring testers’ active participation and reporting progress to central and regional stakeholders.
    Organized and conducted regular meetings to communicate project status, issues, and solutions across departments.
    Analyzed test results, identified issues, and worked closely with IT teams to ensure corrections before go-live.
