Ce que je fais concrètement :
• Création de tableaux de bord Power BI (performance fournisseurs, taux de service, backlog, lead time)
• Automatisation et fiabilisation des processus Excel / Power Query / Salesforce
• Mise en place ou optimisation de politiques de stock (ePFEP, safety stock, inventory policy)
• Analyse des données issues d’ERP (SAP, JDE, Sage X3) pour améliorer la visibilité et la prise de décision
• Support à la transformation digitale (migration d’ERP, reporting, amélioration de process)
