Après des expériences en tant que consultant en stratégie dans différents cabinets et Ops dans plusieurs start-up (2 scale-up et un démarrage d'activité), je souhaite relever un nouveau défi : être freelance.

Jeune et motivé, je ne compterai pas mes heures, tout en proposant des tarifs largement inférieurs au marché, et assurerai un travail de qualité. Mon objectif est de créer une relation de confiance avec mes clients par la formule "gagnant-gagnant".

Je peux intervenir sur tous types de thématiques : marketing (stratégie de communication, création de support de communication, analyse de la clientèle, rédaction d'article...), finance (processus de comptabilité, réalisation de business plan, mise en place d'un système de notes de frais...), stratégie (redéfinition du business model, stratégie Go-To-Market, étude de marché...), RH (création de career path, création de fiche de poste, création d'une stratégie de recrutement...), opérations (mise en place de méthodologie Scrum, appui opérationnel, mise en place et formation d'outils No Code tels que Notion/Airtable/Glide..., mapping des activités de l'entreprise...), produit (prototypage, AB Testing, revue du parcours UX...)...

N.B. : Je peux justifier d'expériences dans toutes les activités ci-dessus citées.
