As a Franchise Partner, my mission was to embody the company's mission of "Spreading Healthy Living Around The World" by sharing the Juice Plus products and business opportunity to others. I used Social Media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram for marketing, build a fanbase and attract customers and partners to my network. My advertisement was fully organic, relied on sharing facts out of clinical studies, personal storytelling as well as sharing customers feedback. I was leading a team of active partners, giving online training and presentations, participated in building an online training academy for partner development, translated documents and videos in different languages (french and english) and organized online and offline presentations and events. I developed further skills in social media advertisement, communication, basics of photo and video editing, presenting, recruiting, onboarding, customer support, relationship building, creating appealing presentations, translating tools and documents, leading a team, organizing events and doing proper team work.
