With 20 years’ experience in equity derivatives, notably in international start-ups and turn-arounds, I understand what it means to work in competitive, complex & multi-cultural environments. My career shift to coaching was driven by a sincere desire to help foster a more human-centric style of leadership - a Leadership Nouveau - which allows both individuals & businesses to thrive.

Enriched with over 5,000 coaching & consulting hours in a range of sectors, I firmly believe organisations must create & communicate an inspiring vision, as well as build alignment around this vision and its strategy to achieve lasting performance.
