À propos de Stephanie
Après avoir tâté divers sujets RH (formation, recrutement, gestion de la performance…) c’est en 2016 que je décide de me spécialiser dans le recrutement.
Ma première expérience fût au sein du cabinet de recrutement Hays Paris, où j'ai pu développer davantage ma rigueur, ma pugnacité à atteindre mes objectifs (tracking KPI et CA à atteindre) mais aussi apprendre l'aspect business developer.
En 2018, je rejoins la société Voodoo, qui à ce moment précis est en pleine expansion internationale et hypercroissance.
Un environnement challengeant, qui laisse place à une autonomie forte et liberté de prise d’initiatives.
Full Stack recruteuse, j’interviens en premier lieu en Tech puis apprends sur le tas le recrutement Gaming pour la création de studios from scratch (Berlin, Amsterdam…) et le recrutement de ces équipes.
En 3 ans et 10 mois, j’ai pu évoluer en tant que contributeur individuel, à lead et finalement manager de l’équipe globale de Talent Acquisition Manager (7 à 20 recruteurs).
Grâce à ces expériences fortes au sein d'environnements exigeants, je peux aujourd’hui mettre à profit mon expertise sur les problématiques suivantes:
