Ma valeur ajoutée : une double culture rare entre conseil en stratégie au plus haut niveau (Kearney) et exécution opérationnelle vécue de l'intérieur (AXA France, Direct Assurance). Je ne livre pas que des recommandations : j'ai déployé de bout en bout un modèle IA d'évaluation des coûts des réparations des sinistres auto (+1M€/an de valeur générée), et ait contribué à fortement réduire les délais de traitement de sinistres.
