Born and raised in a multi-cultural environment, and highly empathetic, I started my career as a Customer Service Representative for B2B actors of the hospitality industry. I then evolved into both a conflict management expert and a trainer for the Customer Service teams, to drive the highest CSAT score to date.

My expertise as a CSR led me to champion the B2B product, and I took on the creation of a TMA system to reduce irritants for up to 90% and create a stronger bridge between Product & Tech and the rest of the company.

Following which, I joined the Product teams and have been operating as a Product person ever since. From Scrum, to shape up and lean management methodologies, to B2B, B2C, B2B2C products like responsive websites, softwares, mobile applications, CMS, data visualization, including user research, continuous discoveries and OSTs, championship programs, Q&A automations, I like to move quick, achieve big and nurture great teams to bring any objective home, ambitious or not.
