• • Providing support to Investor Relations team based in Paris & overseas entities

• • Supply of internal data (AUM, performance etc.) to the RFP team

• • Analysis and integration of ESG variables (SRI) in management reports

• • European, American, Asian, Emergent markets Project

• • Undertaking detailed analysis of Portfolios: Underlying Funds & Firms (LBO, Growth, Venture) (Performance, Reports, Treasury & Financial Statements), Monitoring of NAV, TVPI, DPI, ESG Data

• • Participation to the production of quarterly/annual reports for Investors based in Europe

• • Due diligence, KYC, Attending to investment committees & annual investors meetings

• • Management of Investor relations (Calls, Distributions, Reporting, Commitments)

• • Treasury Management: Fund level cash monitoring (fund reserves & cash requirements)

• • Participation to Secondary Transactions for the transfer of underlying funds to Greenhill

• • Management of Equity Bridge Financing (EBF) Loan process
