NEEDS ANALYSIS:
Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements.
Assess functional and technical feasibility to ensure solutions meet needs and technical constraints.
SPECIFICATION AND MODELING:
Create business process models, use cases, and scenarios.
Define epics, Jira tickets, and manage task dependencies based on team capacity and deadlines.
