As a Scrum Master at Yuzzu, I led a cross-functional Agile team composed of 3 backend Java developers and 2 business analysts (also acting as testers), working in close collaboration with a dedicated Product Owner. I was responsible for facilitating all core Scrum ceremonies — daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives — while ensuring consistent delivery and adherence to Agile principles. I worked in close alignment not only with the technical team but also with business stakeholders, acting as a key bridge to ensure that business priorities and functional expectations were clearly understood and delivered by the team. I actively managed inter-team dependencies by participating in regular Scrum Master Syncs and Product Owner Syncs, aligning roadmaps and resolving blockers across multiple teams. Our work was tracked and organized through a shared Jira board. The projects were mainly focused on backend development in Java, often involving critical dependencies with external vendors and third-party systems. My responsibilities included coordination with these external partners to prevent bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery. The tools I used : Jira, Confluence, Figma

Managed two teams (Digital & Portal – total of 10 members). Ran all Scrum ceremonies, coached Agile practices, resolved impediments. Led Po/Po and Scrum of Scrum meetings. Supported Jira configuration: boards, workflows, permissions. Tools: Jira, Confluence, Planitpoker, Metroretro

Managed an access control project from scratch: APIs, background workers, and gateway integration. Implemented Azure Functions and full CI/CD with Azure DevOps. Took on Scrum Master responsibilities.
