With over 12 years of experience in IT, and 7 as a Product Owner, I keep on honing my skills in product management.
Starting from a start-up which I co-transitioned to Agile methodologies using the Atlassian suite, to leading a Product Owner Community of Practice in a leader Belgian company and helping them extend the Agile methodologies beyond IT.
Whether plain Agile or SAFe, I've learned to handle them both. Always ready for the next PI increment and handling stakeholders as well as external customers (B2B and B2C), managing product priorities through KPIs and ROI, managing specifications, product evolution and metrics/reporting and assisting the whole team (from business to developers, UI/UX, ops & dev-ops) on a daily basis.
