👋 Qui suis-je ?

UX/UI designer depuis 3 ans, j'ai eu l'opportunité de travailler dans différents secteurs d'activité (grand groupe comme BNP Paribas et start-ups). Mes expériences m'ont permis de travailler sur différents types de projets : applications mobiles, site web produits ou marque à visée communicative, applications métier, etc.

Adaptable, ayant le sens du détail et véritable team-player, je me considère comme étant l'ambassadrice des utilisateurs et des parties-prenantes afin de répondre au mieux à leurs besoins.

Mon background en communication digitale combiné à mes connaissances et expériences en UX/UI design me permettent d'avoir un champ de compétences élargi.

    UX/UI Designer

    Hitch is a SaaS Start-Up that utilizes AI to identify a company's talent needs while also improving the candidate's experience. Designed and continuously improved the experience of the product for clients, candidates and Hitch employees in a fast-paced work environment:
    - Defined a strategy and a UX plan to improve the product and improve our workflow processes (creation of a service blueprint and implementation of research methodologies and tools to ensure a more UX focused approach).
    - Redesigned the platform (benchmark, wireframes, UI for mobile, tablet and desktop) in collaboration with users and stakeholders.
    - Created a console for our admins to help easily contact candidates and track the application process (benchmark, user interviews, user flows, UI for desktop).
    - Redesigned the website (UI for mobile, tablet and desktop).
    - Built and updated the design system to improve the efficiency of our product design team.
    - Coordinated the product implementation with the developers.
    - Redesigned the new product after the pivot of Hitch (benchmark, user interviews, affinity map, card sorting, interactive prototypes).

    UX/UI Designer

    Montreal, QC, Canada
    Worked closely with stakeholders, product owners and developers in an Agile/Scrum workflow to design highly usable and visually compelling web applications for teams spanning Finance, Procurement and HR:
    - Identified and translated business requirements and user needs to create user-friendly and maximum value solutions: conducted user interviews and card sorting workshops, delivered user flows, wireframes and mock ups to create or to improve internal web applications. Tools used: Klaxoon, Figma and Sketch.
    - Created and delivered an application in a 3 day deadline with PandaSuite for BNP Paribas Career Fairs: worked on the content and UI Design.
    - Worked on the branding and marketing materials for the Innovation, Design and Coding ERGs (Employees Resources Groups): creation of logos, banners, infographics, posters to promote the ERGs, using Adobe Illustrator and Figma.
    - Organized and led employee education sessions on design (50 attendees in each session).

    - Increased engagement of U.S. staff by improving the layout and design of internal communications (Created articles, emails and newsletter templates, infographics and posters).
    - Development and implementation of internal activation and engagement campaigns.
    - Content creation and administration for the regional intranet and U.S. website, including intranet training for employees across the Americas.
    - Monitoring and reporting of key metrics of internal and external platforms.
    - Creation and implementation of a podcast for U.S. staff to promote the Bank's initiatives.
    - Video content production and assistance with logistics, interviews and post production.
    - Developing and distributing business-critical emails for broad staff audiences across the Americas and U.S., including weekly U.S. newsletter.
