I'm drawn to complex problems — the kind that require both strategic thinking and the ability to build something real around the solution. Organizations restructuring, operations that have plateaued, situations that have started to break. That's where I do my best work.
I work with organizations at an inflection point — companies that have grown without building proper structure, operations focused entirely on the run that never had time to improve, organizations going through carve-outs, transitions or post-merger integration where everything needs to be rebuilt coherently and fast.
The work covers three things: framing and implementing business and digital transformations, improving operational performance in high-transactional environments, and stabilizing situations that are already breaking.
What gets built is never just a recommendation. It's the governance, the teams, the operating model, the measurement systems — the structure that makes results hold after the engagement ends.
Where I intervene specifically:
- Transformation programs — digital overhauls, post-merger integrations, carve-outs — designed with the right controls from the start so points of failure are caught early.
- High-transactional operations — claims processing, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, shared services, ITSM — where volume pressure, manual handoffs and fragmented routing create waste, bottlenecks and SLA exposure.
- Environments where processes break under load — when volumes spike, teams are under-resourced, handoffs between entities create gaps, or no one owns end-to-end accountability.
- Situations in crisis — SLA breaches, project pipelines out of control, resource shortages without a reallocation plan, governance voids where decisions aren't being made.
I work across financial services, insurance, technology services and shared services environments across EMEA — wherever operations run at high volume and the margin for error is low.
