As part of the Airbnb Experiences team, responsible for strengthening and expanding the Experiences and Services Host Community in Paris.

• Recruited, onboarded, and coached over 60 new Experience Hosts, helping them launch and optimize their listings.

• Organized in-person and online community events to foster connection, peer learning, and local Host support.

• Served as the primary liaison between hosts and Airbnb, gathering feedback on policies and product updates.

• Onboarded French Bastards, Petanque Ruben and Crazy Horse and managed all the requests from Airbnb SF to the hosts for special requests (Instagram sponsored content, events, advertising, being included in the M13 campaign…)

• Advised hosts on experience creation, storytelling, pricing, and marketing strategies to improve visibility and ratings.

• Designed and implemented communication and engagement strategies aligned with global community goals.

• Collaborated cross-functionally with Market and Community teams to enhance regional engagement and test new initiatives.

• Acted as an advocate for the Paris community, regularly reporting insights, trends, and engagement metrics to the central team.

• Got familiar to OKTA SUITE (Salesforce, Google suite and other tools)

• Supported product development teams on UX feedback and community insights for crypto users.

• Collaborated with marketing to engage the crypto and NFT user base through educational initiatives.

• Conducted community testing and collected data to inform design improvements.

FLAMINEM est une RegTech spécialisée dans la digitalisation du KYC. Cet éditeur de logiciel propose une plateforme SAAS, puissante et fonctionnelle. Elle est aujourd'hui en prod chez plusieurs Private Equity et AM, dont Bpifrance avec plus de 2000 utilisateurs quotidiens en France et au Luxembourg.
