The client, iDirect, needed an agile transformation in its quest to make connectivity 100% available to everyone on the planet through satellite innovation. As a Scrum Master and Agile Coach, I helped grow the agile mindset in the company and transform my teams into self organized ones. Managed 2 teams of 8 members as a servant leader by nurturing the Scrum process and communication across teams. Facilitated communication across teams in PI planning preparations and risk assessment discussions by identifying cross-team dependencies.
