Main accountabilities:

To implement all GDPR compliance & local data protection regulation in China & East-Asia region. (85 treatments)
To setup the IM China Master plan - To align Airbus China with all IM & Security Airbus Standards and principles <2500 persons>
To manage the ‘main worldwide’ IM projects (Realization & deployment) and the main IM China projects (IT, SAP, Digitalization)
To establish Data Center + all related IT services (Front, Back, Application) : East-Asia <1900 persons> + AH Qingdao <200 persons>
To manage the Change & transformation for the Digitalization and especially for G-Suite (2 500 persons)

Key challenges / Main results - accomplishment

• GDPR & local data protection regulation: 500 persons trained (Managers & employees) - set-up Data protection compliance for 135 processes/applications + Recording of these processes within the Airbus registry = Nymity | July 18 to June 20
• Project Director for the G Suite China project and Digital projects for Airbus china: From June 17 to June 20
• New ‘Airbus China Architecture’ (Identity management, AD & security, servers): APNEA Project From Jan 14 to Dec 15
• Global email project for all Airbus in china: 30 consultants : From August 13 to Dec 14
• Set-up the One roof East Asia Data center < 2000 persons> & to realize User’s cut-over from china. From Jan 14 to Dec 16
• Set-up of the Data Center & all related IT services ( Front , Back ) for Airbus Helicopter FAL Qingdao : From Jan 17 to Sept 19
