My consulting activities focus on providing tailored solutions to organizations in areas such as HR Consulting, Digital Transformation, Workday implementation, Design Workshops, competency models, Organizational Development, M&A Due diligence and post-integration, Change management, and C&B.

Apr 2023 - Jan 2024: Workday Project Manager: Led a Workday integration (Core HCM, Recruitment, and Talent modules) for a French Insurance company (10K+ employees) based in Paris.

Feb 2024 - May 2024: Diagnosis of the HR area of a German automotive manufacturer to identify opportunities for efficiency, integration, and technology.

Sept 2024 - today: Workday Global Change Readiness Lead: Lead the Change Management strategy and activities for the Workday implementation, including the 3 main pillars: Communication - Training - Adoption, for a UK-based company. Also responsible for the end-to-end global Workday integration lifecycle for all acquisitions, establishing a scalable M&A playbook that enabled the successful onboarding of 50+ entities (1,200+ people) in 2025.

Responsible for the creation and delivery of Saica´s Employee Life Cycle, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Onboarding, Learning & Development, Talent management, Competencies Model, Engagement, and DEI. Partnering with Workday´s project team to implement a Change Management methodology, based on Communication, Training, and Adoption for a successful deployment of Workday. Leading people and teams through a Digital transformation that fundamentally changes the way we do business, how we are structured, and ultimately how we grow our people at Saica.

Directly reporting to both Flexible Packaging General Manager, and Group CHRO. Responsible for creating and leading common key HR processes of the newly created Flexible packaging division made of multiple acquisitions in 6 different countries. Leading Organizational design, moving from a Plant Org. Structure to a Functional/Matrix Org. structure to ensure alignment with the Flex Division processes. In charge of all HR processes and activities for the entire Saica Group: Recruitment, Learning & Development, Comp & Ben, and Talent Management
