- Ensure online assessments are completed and provide candidate feedback Employer Branding And Candidate Experience:

- Manage the candidate experience from start to finish, ensuring candidates feel engaged, informed and valued

- Showcase InGenius by Adequate as an employer of choice at every candidate touchpoint Center of Expertise and Project Management:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

- Lead projects to enhance team performance and drive continuous improvement

- Promote a shared, cross-business recruitment model

- Partner with the current consultants to get meaningful insights and recommendations to attract and select talent Systems and Reporting

- Track key performance indicators, preparing clear and actionable reports for stakeholders

- Ensure effective and compliant use of the Talent Management System (TMS)/(ATS) Major Challenges & Complexities:

- Attracting and retaining top talent in a highly competitive job market

- Balancing the urgency to fill positions quickly with the need to identify the best candidates

- Managing a large volume of job openings across multiple departments and locations

- Staying up-to-date with changing trends and best practices in talent acquisition
