As a Delivery Senior Specialist I have experience improving support systems within the Global GH Technology team. Also, implemented a Service Forum with our stakeholders to analyze SLA, trends in volume and priorities so that we can generate further improvements in our Service and Support team. As a detailed oriented and very organized women, I’m always completing task on time and with quality. Self-starter with excellent communication skills and experience on agile methodology, planning and scheduling projects, and service reliability. I’m currently living in Nantes, came to study a Master in Management. My student visa allows my to work while studying and I’m very eager to continue creating professional experience in companies that put technology at the service of the people.
