I work fully remote, in French and English.

I help SaaS companies and integrators deploy their solutions smoothly — from client onboarding to full go-live, with zero hand-holding needed.

Over 2 years, I managed up to 15 simultaneous deployment projects for French public sector clients (municipalities, municipal police forces), handling contracts up to €200K with strict government deadlines and penalty clauses. I owned the full cycle: technical setup (MDM via SotiMobiControl), client communication with senior stakeholders (mayors, department heads, state officials), user training, and post-deployment support.

I also ran the after-sales support operation — handling software issues, hardware failures and repairs — so I understand what breaks after go-live and how to prevent it upstream.

What makes me different: I'm comfortable talking to both a CTO and an elected official in the same day, and I make complex rollouts feel simple for end users.
