I am an entrepreneur and group CEO with 18+ years of international experience building and scaling businesses across Europe and Africa, operating at the intersection of strategy, operations, finance, legal governance, and technology. As Co-Founder and CEO of Xpertize Africa, The RPO Company, and Nearlance, I lead multi-country organizations across regulated and culturally diverse markets, with direct responsibility for growth, profitability, and large enterprise engagements.
I combine full P&L and group-level leadership with an unusually high level of technical and AI expertise for a CEO. I completed the Applied AI & Data Science program at MIT Professional Education (machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, Python, recommendation systems, and responsible AI), enabling hands-on understanding of how AI systems are designed, deployed, and governed in real-world environments.
On top of this technical foundation, I completed AI for Business training at Wharton (University of Pennsylvania), strengthening my ability to align AI strategy with business outcomes, risk management, and executive decision-making.
I have led the integration of AI, automation, and data platforms within HR, RPO, and HR tech environments, with a focus on scalability, security, governance, and measurable business impact rather than experimentation.
In parallel, I serve as Secretary General and Board Member of the Belgium-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Morocco, contributing to cross-border economic cooperation between European and African ecosystems.
