My work includes business transformation, organisational design and change management, helping organisations create environments where people and ideas thrive.

Today, as an independent consultant, I support organisations—from entrepreneurial ventures to established companies—on strategy, growth, organisational evolution, business development and leadership alignment. I’ve worked with global brands including Chanel, Google, Canon, and Paramount Pictures International, and led the French operations of a health-tech startup. I particularly enjoy partnering with executive and leadership teams to co-create solutions that are both effective and embraced.

Having lived and worked internationally, I thrive in multicultural environments and enjoy bringing people together to turn ideas into meaningful progress.

Alongside my professional work, I am a certified yoga teacher. This practice informs my belief that sustainable performance—for individuals and organisations—comes from balance, awareness and meaningful collaboration.
