    I have worked on a training and skills transformation project. At that time, the national collective agreement had changed, and the company therefore had to adapt its entire HR organization. For this, I was in charge, with my team and all the internal job family directors, as well as consultants, of organizing workshop sessions in order to analyze and redefine skills, job descriptions, organizational structure, training, and learning modules for our employees.     I contributed to 100% data integrity in the HR system by carrying out the input of processes on Workday and analyzing HR key metrics improvement on Power BI and data reports monthly on Excel. I have led training workshops on company tools for employees I drove annual performance reviews and also had to lead and enhance the goal-setting process across the organization, ensuring all employees have clear, aligned, and SMART objectives, with their managers understanding and helping them achieve the aims.
