Consultant freelance senior en stratégie et transformation, j’accompagne les entreprises industrielles et technologiques sur leurs enjeux de croissance, performance et transformation à grande échelle.

Fort de 18 ans d’expérience en conseil (Roland Berger, Deloitte) et en rôles corporate, j’interviens sur la stratégie d’entreprise, les plans de croissance, le M&A / PMI, les stratégies produits et technologies, ainsi que les transformations organisationnelles (R&D, commerce, marketing principalement).

Habitué à travailler au niveau Comex comme sur le terrain, je combine vision stratégique et capacité d’exécution dans des contextes complexes et internationaux (10 ans au Japon).
