Team Leadership & AI Integration:

Lead the Retool Development Team for D-STAR, Pernod Ricard's flagship digital initiative, managing a team of 3 developers and mentoring over 10 additional Retool developers. At D-STAR, we generate AI-driven recommendations that empower Sales Representatives by identifying optimal outlets to visit and tailoring product suggestions. I collaborate with business planners to develop applications that produce new AI recommendations, ensuring seamless access to these insights for sales teams across web, tablet, and mobile platforms.

User Onboarding & Training:

Recognizing that AI programs can be complex, I designed engaging, interactive training games that demystify AI concepts. These efforts have successfully onboarded and trained over 1,000 Pernod Ricard users, driving better adoption and understanding of AI-powered solutions.

Retool Governance & Expansion:

Spearheading Retool governance across Pernod Ricard, I play a pivotal role in launching new initiatives across teams and markets. I develop shared processes and applications, and I manage Retool instances across the organization. To date, I've deployed and managed over 20 Retool instances, ensuring consistency and scalability across various global teams.
