Hi,

I have over 15+ years experience in Agile business analysis, Product Owner and IT projects orchestration, execution and delivery as a Scrum Master. I have been playing Proxy PO, Business Analyst and SM roles in parallel depending on the size of the project for most of the projects I have been involved in.

I am looking for a new challenge in a dynamic company and I am eager to bring onboard my skills and enthusiasm.

At project level, I see my role as the person aiming at collecting client requirements and translating them into functional and technical solutions to the developers and QAs to deliver useful and accurate product that satisfies end-users at best.

At team level, I like leading and coaching the team in becoming more flexible, transparent, self-organising and continuously improving. I believe that the project success resides in the well being of each team member and I have enough energy to motivate the team members and deliver successfully as a team.

At company level, I’m good at breaking down barriers and bringing teams together to achieve a common goal.

I have 10+ years experience in working remotely on international IT projects deployed across several countries for Backbase, European directories / Yellow Pages, NBTC, Banks, Amadeus Airline Inventory and Departure Control System, Toyota shared Mobility EU, AirFrance KLM Cargo CRM…
