BNP Partners for Innovation has created its own target operating model based on the concept of Product Organization. I was in charge to create all deliverable templates imagined in that Target Operating Model (Assessment, Coaching canvas and Team agreement). Then I have coached the teams for the IaaS and PaaS domain (6 teams). I was scrum master for 2 teams and product owner for one other.

In 2020, I wrote a book on authenticity as the basis of Harmocracy. What a chance to integrate a name that represents the importance of respect and harmony in France ! I was in charge of 30 Lean projects. The process DMAIC was always the same : A3 Framing, design of a support approach, animation of selected workshops, identification of actions of improvement, implementation of these actions and checking.
To develop internal competencies, I have also enriched the Lean Toolbox Kit, paired with agile coaches, created and animated a 6-module training for Lean Agile Champions and launched Lean Coffee sessions.
