J'accompagne des startups, scale-ups et équipes internationales dans le recrutement des talents qui font la différence.

Diplômée d'un M2 en Droit des affaires de Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne et d'un MS Entrepreneurs d'HEC Paris, j'ai fondé un cabinet d'Executive Search afin d'accompagner les entreprises en croissance dans leurs recrutements les plus stratégiques.

Je travaille en étroite collaboration avec les fondateurs, dirigeants et équipes grandissantes pour recruter des profils clés et mener à bien des recrutements complexes dans les domaines de la Tech, de l'IA, du Produit, des Opérations, du Juridique, de la Finance et des fonctions Corporate.

Ma passion est de gérer le process de A à Z; de la définition du rôle, en passant par les négociations une fois votre talent trouvé, jusqu'au onboarding avec une attention particulière à l'expérience candidat.

Basée à Paris, j'interviens en français, anglais et arabe. Je m'intéresse particulièrement aux nouvelles fonctionnalités de travail, à l'impact de l'intelligence artificielle, ainsi qu'aux sujets liés à l'inclusion et à la diversité.
