With more than eight years of experience in the supply chain and transformation field, I am an engineer passionate about SCM , logistics and project management. My mission is to offer innovative and effective solutions to optimize costs, deadlines and quality of logistics flows. At Capgemini Engineering, I contribute to the mapping, analysis, and monitoring of our clients' logistics processes, in accordance with their needs and objectives. Among my achievements, I can cite the implementation and monitoring of supply chain KPIS, the optimization of logistics costs, the management and study of packaging and the protection of transported parts, the effective model, the investment model, calculating storage space requirements, estimating the area of ​​the logistics store, and managing downstream logistics of the NVs.
