Après une école d'ingénieur (Centrale Lille), j'ai développé mes compétences business au sein du groupe General Electric Healthcare. J'y ai occupé des roles de développement de business, à l'interface du produit et du client.
J'ai ensuite pris la direction d'une startup spécialisée dans le reporting médical, ou j'ai pu faire grandir une équipe de 3 à 15 personnes ; lever ~6m€ (fonds privés et publics) ; amorcer le business (market creation - ARR 500K€) et initier le virage generative AI.
Je me spécialise maintenant dans la création de valeur et l'intégration de l'IA générative dans les entreprise, avec un focus sur les technologies de RAG et architecture d'IA expertes. J'ai notamment développé et déployer une solution de RAG souverain pour la sécurité civile, actuellement en production.
Je dispose donc de compétences autant business que tech ; ce qui me permet de réduire au maximum les angles morts et d'avoir une vitesse d'exécution élevée.
