Our "error rate" was reduced from 1% before I joined the team, to 0,4% now, and our "internal error rate", was reduced from 0,1% to 0,01%.Reduce the time and the number of meetings needed to onboard new usersBy improving the documentation and by creating a public postman workspace with automated collections, I helped to reduce the number of meetings needed to onboard a new user from 5-6, before I joined the team, to 3, and to reduce time to onboard a new user from monthes to 1 week (to space the meetings).Other than those "PO targets", I also helped the team to improve its performances by :- introducing the Tests Driven Development, with tests collections in postman
