As part of the Aesop integration into L'Oréal's infrastructure, I played a pivotal role in defining and coordinating the integration plan for key sub-domains, including Network, Core Services, Modern Workplace, Endpoint, Cloud, and Support. My responsibilities included ensuring alignment across sub-domains and formalizing the overall integration strategy to ensure consistency and coherence. Key contributions included :

- Coordinating with infrastructure experts from various sub-domains to develop a unified and cohesive integration plan.

- Supporting the formalization of the integration strategy and providing frameworks, templates, and industrialized tools to facilitate information gathering and the implementation of L'Oréal's guidelines for Aesop markets.

- Collaborating closely with Aesop's infrastructure teams and L'Oréal's sub-domain experts, while stepping in to resolve critical issues when needed.

As an IT Project Manager, I led the evolution of offboard architectures, which were crucial to support the successful launch of vehicles built on the new STLA Brain architecture.

My role focused on several strategic areas:

- Facilitating cross-functional workshops, involving up to 8 entities to align the end-to-end offboard scope.

- Conducting impact studies and defining the target IT architecture, while developing a clear roadmap to meet organizational objectives.

- Monitoring project timelines and risks, from specification to development and production phases.

- Preparing the budget exercise (€5M)

My goal was to ensure that our IT systems and processes were prepared to meet the needs of tomorrow’s vehicles, while supporting the transition towards a more digital and connected future.

As part of VC Construction's annual roadmap update process, I ensured the alignment of the infrastructure strategy across five key pillars: Workplace, Identity, Cloud, Network, Support, and Security.

My role involved ensuring coherence and completeness of the project portfolio to support all VINCI divisions.

The updated roadmap served as a critical input for the 2025 budget planning exercise. I focused on several strategic areas:

- Facilitating workshops with around 20 participants (C-level and directors), assessing the current status, understanding needs, and identifying key projects.

- Synthesizing insights and highlighting critical issues and dependencies to ensure a comprehensive and aligned roadmap.
